Q:  How do I pay for my Longdistance.com pre-paid calling card?
A:  Minutes are purchased using one of the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Back to questions.

Q:  Do I have to call during certain times to get the best rate?
A:  No. You receive the same low 9.9¢ per minute rate on all calls made anytime, from anywhere in the Continental U.S. to anywhere in the Continental U.S.  Back to questions.

Q:  In what increments can I purchase my Longdistance.com pre-paid calling card?
A:  Your minimum purchase is $10.00 (101 minutes) and additional purchases are made in $10.00 increments ($10, $20, $30, $40, 50).  Back to questions.

Q:  What do I do after I've used up my Longdistance.com pre-paid calling card?
A:  For your convenience, you can recharge your Longdistance.com pre-paid calling card for your future calls.  Please call our personalized Customer Service at 1-800-466-1550 to recharge your card.  Back to questions.

Q:  Is there a per call connection fee? 
A:  Unlike other prepaid cards, Longdistance.com pre-paid calling card does not charge a per call connection fee.  Back to questions.

Q:  Are there any surcharges?
A:  All applicable taxes are deducted from any current dollar amount on your pre-paid card. (*Payphone compensation surcharges apply when using your card from a payphone.)  Back to questions.

Q:  How do I know how much time I have left on my card?
A:  Before your call is connected, the system will announce how many minutes you have remaining.  Back to questions.

Q:  What do I do if my card is stolen or lost?
A:  If your card is lost or stolen, please call Customer Service at 1-800-466-1550. When you report a lost or stolen card, Longdistance.com will immediately disable your card and a new card will be issued immediately.  Back to questions.


Q:  Do I have to switch my phone service to use a longdistance.com prepaid calling card?
