A: We have live customer service representatives available from 8am-9pm, Eastern Standard Time, and we can be reached at 1-800-466-1550.  After 9pm, a customer service representative is on call to assist you with any network problems.  Your message will be forwarded through our paging system to the representative on call and they will contact you within 30 minutes of your message. Q: How long will it take me to switch to longdistance.com?
A: The processing time to switch is normally 4 to 6 business days. Every application is first screened through a credit agency and then approved applications are submitted to the local telephone company. After this, you will receive a welcome letter along with any calling cards that were ordered.
