When do I get credit
for my referrals?
You will receive a $20.00 credit on your
longdistance.com phone bill the month after your referral receives their
first telephone bill from us. Example: Your referral receives their
first bill from us in May. Your $20.00 referral credit will appear on your
June statement. It’s that simple.

Let’s say three of your new referrals signed up during a month, this
will show up as a $60.00 credit, but your bill with us for that month is
only $20.00. We’ll carry the $40.00 difference as a credit balance over

Who do I refer?

What happens after I send my
friends and relatives the referral messages?
When your referrals visit our site and complete our online application
or submit an application via fax or mail, we process their new customer
information. When they receive their first longdistance.com billing
statement, we’ll confirm who referred them and then we’ll credit your

Can I
receive a $20.00 check rather than a $20.00 credit?
No. The $20.00 referral fee is only issued as a credit to your
active customer account. If your monthly bills tend to be under $20.00, your account will show a credit balance and no payment will be
